florida cant hang with Ohio state's offense. Ohio state D is also alot faster...the last fast defense team the gators played was Auburn and Auburn beat em..and IMO Auburn is not that good of a team. They will force Both FL Qb's into mistakes..Florida has a fast defense but Troy smith is very athletic and is a playmaker. Troy Smith is the Best QB in college period and he will show it tomorrow.
Prediction
Ohio st. 38
Florida 24

Agreed, while FL beat some bowl teams. they barely beat a couple of teams and were very close to being 9-4...meanwhile Ohio state just killed everyone in their way and maybe have had one close game where they still won by a TD. Chris leak will look scared and get hit hard early and lose his composure and i see ohio state taking advantage and proving they are the #1 team in the country. By the way im from FL.
Ohio state 34
Florida 21 (2 missed FG's) they do NOT have a field goal kicker the guy blows donkeys.

These are excellent points. A kicker missing not only takes points off the board, but also hurts momentum and team morale.
Ohio St mauled Michigan (sorry Larry....again, lol), and I was more than impressed with that performance, as Michigan is as good or better than anyone Florida played.
Same goes for Texas. OSU went down there and beat up on the Longhorns pretty good too, even though it was early in the season.
I don't doubt that Florida is a good team, or that they will come prepared, but really the only win on Florida's schedule that impresses me is LSU, especially after watching Tennessee look completely inept against Penn St and Arkansas losing to Wisconsin.
I personally don't think the "Tebow left" crap is going to hold up against OSU, and Chris Leak blows IMHO, and will turn the ball over. If he does, it's goodnight Florida.
The only thing that worries me about taking OSU minus the points is if they will come out flat after such a long layoff....and as most people here know, I don't like playing faves....but this game reminds me of USC/Oklahoma a few years back in the Orange bowl, not the Texas/USC BCS title game from last year where Texas had the playmakers to compete, most notably Vince Young, who basically won that game by himself on the last 2 drives. I don't see Tebow or Leak doing that, so FLA better hope they hang in there the whole game if they hope to win/cover.
