man I found out the other day that blackjack dealers make $5.50 an hour (a bit more than minimum wage).....but

the rest are tips, and the better the casino, the more you make...

so for instance a BJ Dealer in ruidosa, NM might only make 35,000 a year with the 5.50 an hour and tips....

however a BJ Dealer in Vegas at one of the more popular casinos will make 63,000 a year! just handing out cards!
and they split the tips evenly amoungst everyone in case some tables dont get enough action.
