Some sportsbooks carry those lines but usually before the beginning of the game :(

at sportsbook.com the 2nd,3rd, and 4thQ lines dont come out UNTIL the prior Quarter has completed.
Basially you have during the commercial break to get your bet in.

btw, even if you dont want to deposit any cash there you should register for the site. They have some nice wagering tools you may find usefull. They also show betting percentages for sides, totals, and moneylines. Unlike covers "wagering consensus" sportsbooks.com percentages reflect the amount OF MONEY on a side rather than the amount OF JOES on a side. Much more relevant info.
