Ain't gotta clue who will win or cover. But I do feel OhSt lites up the board.

Ohio State team total over 26 1/2

Have a lovely day

I took Florida at +8 now that the line has moved in my favor I'm pretty sure Ohio State will win by 21+.

I'd probably lean toward the Over might buy it down to 44.5/45 though.

Illinios gave them the biggest scare this year.

Penn St. held them in check too. OSU scored on 2 late 4th quarter pickoff returns to win 28-6.

i was at this game. It rained the whole first half and was wet and miserable most of the day. Not exactly ideal scoring conditions.

As I said in my first post, I have no idea how this game is going to turn out. But I do know that the better the team, the better Oh St plays. Some folks need pressure to perform. Check out the scores and who they played. IMO, the better the team, the more Oh St scored.

Florida will cover, possibly win SU.

That's just my gut feeling.

As good as Tressel is, Urban Meyer is no sloach either and he will have his guys ready to play and a few tricks up his sleeve as he did at Utah. Very difficult to see a blowout here not with the speed and talent FLA has. We really do not know how good/bad the Big Ten is and they have not done great in the bowls. I can see this line dropping a point or so by game time. Good luck with your plays.. :prtytme:

Outside of Michigan and Purdue getting beat pretty bad, I don't think the Big 10 has done that poorly.

Iowa almost beat Texas (as a +9 dog) and Minnesota played good until the 4th qtr against Tex Tech. BUT, those were all middle of the road Big 10 teams too....for whatever that's worth.

Penn St and Wisky both beat teams they weren't supposed to beat though (SEC teams to be exact)....which leads me to ask How good the SEC is?.

The only impressive performance at all by them in any bowl game was LSU over ND....and that wasn't nearly as unexpected as many public types would think. ND was in over their heads there....but thrashing them is impressive never the less.

Then:

South Carolina played Houston, a game in which the SEC should win outright.

Kentucky beat what was IMHO a very uninspired Clemson squad.

Auburn barely squeaked out a win against Nebraska, a game in which I believe Nebraska pretty much beat themselves.

But, most notably, like I said:

Arkansas lost to Wisky

Tennessee lost to Penn St

Both games with Big 10 teams beating SEC teams.

I don't know how good either conference is, but I do know one thing....I am sick and tired of hearing how dominant the SEC is, because they are not better the top teams from any other BCS conference, and have not shown one thing this bowl season to lead me to believe that they are.....so I wouldn't advise capping this game based on taking the SEC team over the Big 10 team as a +7.5 dog cause the SEC conference is stronger. I just don't see it.

Stiff, you never miss a chance to shit on the SEC, do you!?

I think Ohio St wins decisively, but what do I know, I'm a SEC fan!? :dunno:

The problem with evaluating the relative strengths of Ohio St - Florida is that they do not play enough common opponents. All season we have heard how good the SEC was, if that is true then Florida is certainly the pick. However in the bowls, with Ark and Tenn losing to Wisc and Penn St., it seemed that SEC was really weak. However LSU put on a show against ND.

All things considered, the last factor I would mention is Tressel. With him coaching, I believe Ohio St. will cover the spread of -7. Look for them to win by about 10.

The public seems to be pounding that over and it scares me. I thought it would easily top 47/48, but I just don't like seeing over 71% on the over.

As much as I would like to take Fla +7.5, I can't seem them doing it. So, I'm going to tail someone on the over/under since I'm just getting back into things.

I have been lucky enough to see some game out there and you are right,OSU has the best fans in the land. The Miami game was a good example, Kansas State had more fans at than Miami had for the championship, but they were just happy to be there and the over zealous Notre Dame fans thought they where going to walk all over OSU last year, fat chance.

GO BUCKS!!!

Rolling ND wasnt hard to do this year. Classifing ND as a quality win is trash.

I am a Michigan fan, OSU ROLLS OVER FL

I just got back from 2 weeks in FL and I almost threw up cause how much shit FL / SEC fans suck off FL/SEC. Don't get me wrong The team and the division is good but not this year, this game.

The stadium is going to be packed with the most obnoxious idiotic OSU fans. Much like the OSU vs Miami game. Plus Tressel is money. Hard to say but true.
