So we have the nations best quarterback over the last three games of the season completing 58 of 74 passes (78%) for 760 yards and seven touchdowns with no interceptions. Do you really think NIU is going to stop this passing attack? Theres not a fukcing chance!
Dan Nicholson is NOT a good QB. 3 INTs vs. East Michigan? Good luck NOT doing that against TCU. IMO, this is going to get ugly. Dan Nicholson will lose all confiedence, and the TCU linebackers will be able to cheat up on Wolfe. We're going to see a repeat of October/early November in that 4 game stretch where he ran for a total of 190 yds total.
TCU is going to force Dan Nicholson to beat them. Which he can't....
This is just not a good match up at all for NIU. The corners are way too soft and don't take advantage of the pressure created by the defensive front. Decent QBs have been able to dink and dunk the Huskies to death, and Ballard will be no different. It's the 101st defense in the nation in pass efficiency defense against one of the nation's most efficient passers over the last several weeks. Goooooood luck NI!
TCU wins this in a blowout most people will have turned off by the start of the 4th IMO.
