NBA YTD: 44-38-5 (all 1 unit sides & totals)
I was hot over the weekend going 17-3 85% on my straight side wagers in all sports (12-2 in the NBA). A lot of good plays plus a lot of good fortune is a good combination!
Pacers +7 -106
Indiana is playing their 6th and final road game on their visit to the west coast. I feel like they match up well with the Lakers and will really load up and try to get this one, knowing they will be flying back home after the game. Joe Pub is dick riding the Lakers hard right now but Indiana can be a dangerous team. Only thing I worry about is Kobe going off after a lousy performance last time out vs the Clippers. Indiana can definitely hold their own on the glass and they shoot better than LA from the outside. I'll take my chances with 7 points as the Pacers should still be hanging around in the final few minutes.
I also really wanted to pull the trigger on Dallas. They are so much better than Washington but Stevenson is picking up his game and Butler is playing well. If Arenas and Jamison both decide to get hot the Wizards could take this one, as Washington is over-due for a win vs a good team, and Dallas is over-due for a loss. I'm just gonna monitor this one and make plays on both teams later in the week when a better opportunity arises.
