TORONTO +115 .... i just think this is a bounce back game for the leafs .. Atanta is good but have just been squeaking the last couple out in OT ...
1) leafs have 8 straight wins vs thrashers
2) Toronto goaltender Andrew Raycroft is 3-1 with a tie and a 2.78 goals-against average in six career games versus Atlanta
3) The Maple Leafs have just one regulation loss in the last 15 meetings with the Thrashers
Dallas Stars -125 ... another bounce back game here ... Stars haven't scored lately but have had no trouble scoring against the Capitals. The Stars have outscored Washington 24-8 to win the last five meetings..Olaf Kolzig is 0-9 with a tie and a 3.50 GAA versus Dallas...Turco is 3-0 with a 1.34 GAA against the Caps. I just dont think the Caps are as good as a team as the Stars
Montreal +105 ... Hurricanes are in a slump and now see the hottest goalie in the NHL ..Canes only have 3 goals in the last 3 games not a good goalie to face to fix it with. Huet is 6-0-0 with a 1.39 goals-against average while appearing in seven of Montreal's eight games since Nov. 13. He has allowed more than two goals once in that stretch, and never more than three.
Nashville Preds -150 ... line dropped since opening.. i like it ..even with playing last nite ....against any other team i may not like it so much but the blues have been rotten ..Nashville is 10-4-0 on the road and already shut the blues out twice this year Preds have to much fire power between Kariya ,Sullivan and Arnott. Backup goalie Mason is flawless against the Blues, going 4-0... 1.48 GGA
Tampa Bay +110 ... i think i like them becuase the Bruins cost me money this week twice... this game really could go either way if the bruins keep there play up as of late ..i'm just not on their bandwagon yet ...Lightning have been unconsistant .. just a feeling they are back on tonite.
also going to add a small parlay to this ...i cant believe the grease on the Fla / Ott game i'm seeing.. +280 i know the panthers are just fair especially on the road but against a 12-12-1 Sens team that looks slow .. thats just too much off a dog there not to try .. so i'm going with it and the GRAND SALAMI for visitor to score more gols than the home teams .. just waiting to find out the juice on that before i put the play in.. should be nice though ..
