Teams to consider fading THREAD

I though it might be worthwhile to compile a list of teams really struggling or who just plain blow or have particular problems that make them worth considering a fade (or no play) If there's any interest I'll edit this post and update these teams in this first post so it's easier to see and add for your consideration. If you can say WHY there is a problem with the team that would of course be helpful.
