Had a subpar -1 unit going 1-1 yesterday in the NHL, Jersey couldn't pull out an OT winner or hold on to two one goal leads.
Tonight, first I'm going to take Toronto to get a home win against Boston,-200,2 units, they got embarrased last time out at home losing 3-1 to the same Bruins. Sundin's first game back he showed obvious rust and still scored a goal. He should be better tonight and that should make the Leafs better. Raycroft has been playing well as has been Thomas but I think that the Bruins may be content on already getting a win in Toronto and may have a letdown here and may come out flat. There is also anger on the Leafs side for Mara jumping on Tucker after his hit on Chara. This should light enough of a spark along with Maurices' rant for the Leafs to come out strong and end a 2 game losing streak to Boston.
Next I like the Pens to win at home over the Islanders,there is no line at my book right now,2 units,(if Crosby plays). With Yashin out that takes a huge chunk of the Isles offence as he was Nolans project and goto guy, now without him they lose 23% of their offence and if Crosby comes back that combo should lead to a Pens win.,(if Crosby plays).
I may also make a play on SJ,CAL and VAN. With a ? on Florida too.
