NIU hasn't always played up to expectations this season but they can still become bowl eligible with a victory tonight. Central Michigan has been excellent, but has already clinched a berth in the MAC Championship game so they don't have much to play for. Garrett Wolfe is playing and though the game is not on ESPN or The Deuce, it is on ESPNU. So with the cameras on, he should have a big game. He's been under 100 yards now in 4 straight games but has admittedly been playing hurt. Central Michigan's running back Sneed is even more banged up and may not play at all. It's senior night at NIU and I look for Horvath and others to go out with a bang. CMU has lost the last 8 meetings vs NIU, and NIU is on 10 days rest.
