I'm going to do mostly 2Hs tonight, but one early game play has caught my eye: Kansas St. v. Rutgers. IMO, Rutgers takes this one. They have a lot of school pride right now, making me believe the RAC will be rocking tonight. Tough travel game for K St., and they didn't look overly impressive against W&M

Two "new" coaches in this one: Freddie Hill for Rutgers, and Huggins for K. St. I have a lot of faith in Hill.

I'll take Rutgers -2 for 2 units

UNC/Winthrop....am I missing something here? UNC only a 12.5 point favorite? What's going on here....

Ok, so after some research, Winthrop IS supposed to be the class of the Big South conference, with great depth and a hot coach. They are 2-0, including an impressive win against Iona, limiting the Gaels to only 39 points. They also allowed only 48 to NC-Greensboro in their first game.

This is, however, Carolina. I may just take the 1st half OVER on 72.

Don't forget, Iona lost their entire team from last season essentially. Winthrop's squad is solid though for sure.. GL Hoosier!

After a "hot" start, RU and K St. slowed it down..unless they go for 20 in the final minute, i'm back in the black for the night
