Like that play....see a 3-1 Detroit win.
I don't parlay though...

Be careful about this pick today. Edmonton team matches well with Detroit, you saw how they played them in playoffs. I know if you take out the playoffs of last year and look at the previous seasons stats, Detroit absolutely killed the oilers. But I am throwing all these 18-2-1 stats out of window. These two teams have changed over the years with the personal. Edmonton has much better goaltending and much better offensive scoring than before. Plus they work hard and play with great emotion. If they bring today, they should win outright. Teams that can skate, foreckeck and have goaltending will continue to be trouble for detroit. Detroit is just a team that doesn't like to get hit and like to have the puck all the time. But speed and forecheck takes that away from them.

You will throw out the past record between the Wings and Oiler because of changed personel, but in my thread you think the Sens will win because they've won 4 out of last 5 against the Thrashers?!? Atl and Ottawa has changed a ton of personel (Ott no Chara or Havlat, Atl new goalie). What's the difference? I don;t see how your reasoning in two different threads can be exactly the opposite of each other. Man you're all over the map.
GL Nittney....might have to tail you on the Wings now.

The only reason I am not tailing the Under is because the unknown starter in the net for Oilers and I think their D will be too tired to stop the slow going red wings (I should stop teasing them for being slow).
I can see this being Detroits highest scoring game this season.

1-1 overall on the night and +0.35 units
Thought the Pens had that one when they took the momentul with Ekman's natural hat trick, all goals coming within 4:05 of eachother. Fun game to watch either way.

Men you are just taking things to heart too much. I am starting to think your this guy who always has the answer key to everything. I just have a different point of view, nobody is wrong here. All I was saying is Edmonton matches well against the redwings. Plus how I am off the map here, you look over Detroit's roster and Edmonton, a lot has changed. And by the way Ottawa should have won this game, you made it sound like Atlanta were killing them in this game. Ottawa had plenty of chances to win this game too and just couldn't protect the lead. That Gerbe guy just not playing well at all, has to be most overpaid goaltender in the league. Any decent goaltendign these past two games, they win these games.

Yeah its all good. We're all here trying to add something to the forum, sometimes we agree to disagree and this all healty criticism. It would suck if everything was all rosy and great. GL and most times I like what you have to say in your analysis. I should be tailing you more because you seem to have the hot hand right now. Almost everyone of your picks that I disagreed on, you nailed me in the head pretty good.
