Ok, it's time for me to get serious again. I got a little over confident after having a hot start and I've fallen to .500. I'm going to start limiting my plays to ones im confident about. So here we go:
Pens/Ducks Over 6(-105) 2.10 units to win 2 units
Both of these teams have high powered offenses that can go off at any time, which really makes me want to stay away from the side, but I feel the total should be no worse than a push. The Pens are going to have to score a little more to keep up with Anaheim, who I can see getting up to 5 goals on the tired legs of the Penguins. Can't bring myself to lay -210 on a team that is playing a team that can explode at any time like the Pens.
Stars -130 1.30 units to win 1 unit
The Stars get better when they go on the road. They are giving up a miniscule 1.57 goals per when away from the lonestar state and are killing the penalty at a 94% clip. Since beating Washington and Chicago, the Canucks have dropped 3 in a row and are struggling against some of the better teams they play.
