NFL Week 9 Picks

Best Pick Record = 14-10
Strong Pick Record = 11-11
Regular Pick Record = 10-12

Indianapolis @ New England (8:15PM ET)

Best Bet = OVER 48 points

This is my pick of the year in NFL this season. Both
offenses have been putting up huge numbers both pas-
sing and running the ball. The Colts offense went
into Denver and put up 34 points last week on one of
the best all around defenses in the league. The Pat-
riot's defense is ranked 11th overall, but did not
play to many offensive minded teams. The ones that
they did they caught them at a good time with some
key players on offense that that did not play. The-
y're also ranked 22nd in passing YPG, giving up 219
YPG through the air. The Colts offense is ranked # 1
in passing. The Patriots offense is starting to find
it's identity and playing extremely confident. The
duo of Maroney and Dillon running the ball has been
huge, and will have much success against a Colts def-
ense that ranks dead last against the rush. The Colts
Pro Bowl Safety, Bob Sanders, was supposed to return
to the line-up for this game but is almost certain to
not play since he missed practice on Friday with a
stiff knee. The Patriots are averaging 24 PPG, and
the Colts 29.3 PPG. Both of these teams know they
absolutely have to score alot of points to stay in
this game. Don't be surprised if 48 is reached by
the 4th quarter. Let's keep this simple. Do you rea-
lly not see these teams scoring 3 touchdowns, and a
field goal apiece?
