Wisconsin should beat up on the lions in my honest opinion.
They're only favored by 7 at home.

PSU is coming off 12-0 win @ Purdue, and Wisconin needed a big comeback against Illinois on their own turf. the books know this is in the publics head, and Wisconsin should be atleast a 12 point favorite.

penn st plus 7 sounds good............:yeah:
I rode Wisconsin to a tune of 4-1 this year last week was a big letdown. I think a lesson was learned by Whiskey and I think they come out playing hard for four quarters this week and win by at least 20. Wisconsin D showed up for the second half last week and the first half they were against a couple of short fields caused bt turnovers. PennST put up over 400 yards on Purdue just as Whiskey did against them so I cant see them playing lightly this week. I think I'm gonna ride wisconsin again this week. They also wanna avenge the 21 point beating they suffered at the hands of then number 10 Penn ST last year.
GL to ya all$$$$

Early indication is that the public is still on Wisky. 70% and 64% at the 2 sites I saw.

I saw this line is too close to call.

Agree line is too close to call. Joe Pa's crew has a great defense, PJ Hill is nicked up.
Me thinks Nittany LIons can shut down the Badger run game and that will make this one closer than the expert think.:yeah:

Give me Stocco everyday of the week ...
This is a good Penn St defense , but not even close to last year ..
Revenge factor in this one too
Wisconsin got smoked in Happy Valley last year
Lean towards Badgers at home with the more experienced QB.
Penn St's offense is down right bad at times... All that talent at recieve but nodody to get them the ball.. Morelli is young, he still needs time to develop IMO ... This is a good game .... Willi looking at it right now

PSU QB Morelli is not very good and was victimized by lots of dropped passes....I mean downright in your hands bobbles....despite putting up big offensive numbers they only put 12 points on the scoreboard! Their red zone numbers are probably one of the worst in the Big Ten and is less than 40%. The Defense kept Purdue from getting down field on them and they must run the ball to be successful. Before the season started Levi Brown was the only offensive linemen with starting experience with 34 games.....Illinois held PSU to just around 100 yards and did the same against Wisky lastweek holding PJ Hill in check! Stocco had his trouble lastweek as well and didn't really get untracked until late in the game. Madison is a tough place to play and I believe that this could be a helluva lot closer than most people think, IF, Tony Hunt has success running the ball. Last week at Pardue the Lions were horrible in short yardage situations!

i have to side with PSU getting a td in this one. wisky has been cash all year. vegas could of set this at 9 and the public would still jump on wisky. psu had no offense and played michigan tight. although it was 28-6 against OSU it was 14-6 before 2 ints for tds with a couple minutes remaining. psu has a good run defense and wisky relies on the run to set up the pass.
all that said i think the under is the best bet for this game. who ever can run the ball successfully will win this game. freshman hill is starting to feel the effects of his hard running in a tough big ten conference. i was a big fan of him all year and even thought he was a heisman candidate but that hard nose running is starting to wear on him.

Joepa good info .. I was not aware that PSU is that bad in the red zone .. Hill last week was banged up and the backup for them is pretty good too IMO ... Home Field in this one is gonna be huge ..And for all the talk about Penn St's defense, I like WISKY'S TOO .. prior to last week , at home wisconsin gives up on average about 8 points a game ... I was listening on radio where you (joepa) was saying how Wisconsin is very patient.... This could be one of those 17-7 type or 14-3 type ballgames.. I'm leaning towards WISKY.

I believe Wisky should cover. Just as said above...give me Stocco anyday. If this was in Happy Valley we may have a little bit of a different story, but Penn State on the road with Anthony Dumbelli loses by 10+ points.

Until PSU can find the endzone on a consistent basis and finish off drives with 6 rather than 3 I'll be staying as far away from them as possible. The coach at Wisky saying PJ Hill needs to take some "toughen up pills" because he is sitting out of some practices may inspire him to do some good against PSU, or he may curl up and hide. But Hill being banged up in general could be setting this line a little lower than it should be as well.
If anything I'd hammer the under in this no matter what it's set at.
