I have seen this so many times in hockey were a coach gets fired and the team rallies to put a small winning streak together
I am thinking this might happen tommorow with Philly vs Atlanta.
I want to see what you guys think about the Philadelphia game against Atlanta. With the coaching change replacement and a new manager. Don't forget that Atlanta is playing back to back games.
is a pretty good team, last time they has back to back games they lost to Carolina who has their number then beat Washington in Washington, this Atlanta team has no hot heads and is very grounded if anything I would ride Atlanta with a low price, Philly has no goalie and Atlanta has bounced back with a win each time they lost. Not to mention now with a new coach new system and the status of Forsberg is not known.

You also have to take into consideration that the Flyers have been passed.. They are a slower more aggressive team, and the teams that have adapted to the new "rules" are just blowing right by them.

agree with you nader on this one, fast/slow seems like the only factor people bring up, while the "slow" old detroit team beat the sharks yest when people thought my pick was way off. Anything can happen and with the shake up, i actually think philly will come out and play tonite, looking into myself

I would not put any money on the Flyers they suck. I feel it is like putting money on Temple Football.:puke:

LOL nice analogy, the only problem is that hockey is not even a month old and philly has as many wins as temple has had in like 3 yrs??
Actually like philly in this spot

IMO that was a fluke game last night.. Sharks looked HORRIBLE. Hopefully tonight is looking on the up and up for them after that loss last night...
Here's to SJ's B2B game tonight..

Fluke or not it was a win.. Barry Melrose said it best they got outplayed period, do i say Detroit is in SJ's league?? No way but by yrs end they will be in the middle of the pack5-7. Experience still counts a bunch but it is true speed is one of the most important factors ala Buffalo but not everything.

Yes, it was a win and I would have to agree with Melrose the Sharks first PP Goal was a sloppy goal that everyone knew would be their last of the night.
They were getting beat everywhere and beat by a TON on the shot / goal chance board.
