Well I guess Phoenix isn't that close to a breakthrough. They were terrible last night.

Carolina -135 Regulation 3 Units
Carolina has had a very tough slate to start not only having to be on the road for the majority but not getting any favors in the schedule. Get NYI the second night after a game in Buffalo, 2 games against Buffalo, while stiill posting some quality W's. Atlanta on the other hand has had the much softer schedule and predictably the stronger record.
But in this one Carolina gets the favorable spot while ATL is starting a road trip after a hard faught comeback win over Florida. Carolina played great in Buffalo last week and if their effort even approximates that they should win comfortably.
Minnesota -.5 Reg -130 1 Unit
Minnesota is really clicking and taking advantage of the opponents mistakes right now. LA has started to come around but a rested Wild bunch should be able to control tempo, dominate special teams and squeeze a low scoring 1-2 goal victory out of the game.
Anaheim/Edmonton U 5' -120
Edmonton got their goals out of them against Phoenix the other night. With these goalies there will be fewer shots, lots of saves and few goals. Lots of trends here and with each team getting less than 30 shots these goalies need to be off to have this go over.
