2-1, +0.95U yesterday.. small profit but finally stopping the mini skid.

BIG Card tonite for me, first big card of the year. Looking to get back to the black but i think i got some good ones for tonite, at least thats what it looks like, might be a bad thing as well.
<b>DETROIT -115</b>.......1 UNIT
Lets see, most people would say that the wrong team is favored here because the Sharks are one of the leagues elite teams but to me head to head numbers are important. Yes Detroit got its ass handed to them 5-1 at San Jose but if their is cryptonite to the sharks its at detriot. DET is 15-2-1 last 18 meetings at home, including beating them both meetings at detriot. Detroit might not be the same Detroit of 10 yrs ago, but dont kid your self, Detroit is still one of the best teams in the western conference.
<b>Carolina -140</b>...........1 UNIT
Dont look now, but Carolina is back. Carolina has finally started scoring goals in bunches avg over 4/per game last 5 games and beat Atlanta at their place last week. Carolina has yet to win a home game and what better way to beat one of the leagues best teams in atlanta, not to mention CAR is 13-0SU after scoring 3+ goals in their last 4 games.
<b>NY RANGERS -1, (-120)</b>2 UNITS
Rangers have won 8 of last 10 at MSG against the Panthers, 3-0-1 last yr vs Florida and just 4 losses in 20 games vs FL since 2001.
Rangers have just one win at home and must get their gears going esp at home. Lundvqist has 2 career shut-outs and both are to the panthers, with a 3-0, 0.98GAA career vs FL. Florida is terrible on the road and is surrending over 4 goals a game. Belfour or Auld who cares they will both be smoked by 2x Jagr, Shanahan, and 2x Prucha will get his first of the yr.

Last time i check Edmonton owns this series last 3 yrs, 8-1 and 5-0 at anaheim. Yes Edmonton lost its best asset in Pronger, but Edmonton hasnt lost a beat this year and will continue to be a force. I feel Edmonton can win this game SU but its better to be safe than sorry so I will lay some wood and take a goal adv.
