I really suck at keeping a record going I tend to forget days and get lax in my record keeping but im gonna make a concerted effort to keep this upto date now. Yesterday was my first post in a bit so i'll just make it effective last night
each unit = 1k
2 W - 1 L
+ $20
Not a lotta games on the sched today
Calgary should get the job done easily enough against the desert dogs but unless you're laying the -1.5 you're just not getting anything close to value for the play so bypassing that.
Gerbers in net for ottawa otherwise I was liking the under
so just 2 plays for me today
NJ @ -135 x 1.35 units to return 1 unit
and
NJ/ PITT under 6 @ -110 x 1.1 units to return 1
Both plays combine the same elements for me. Pitt goes as its powerplay goes. Its efficient and amongst the leagues best. They don't however score a lot of goals 5 on 5. The good news for the devils is that they are much better on the penalty kill on the road, killing at almost an 87 % clip. Better news for them is that they take the fewest penalties in the league just over 11 minutes a game. Pitt is far more undisciplined at around 18 per game and NJ is a good team at drawing penalties. Bottom line for me is if Pitt isnt scoring on the powerplay they arent scoring many. With limited chances on the pp and NJ solid on the pk the scoring should be one sided for Jersey as they should play close to a stalemate 5 on 5. NJ wont score many tho, 3-1 type game imo just need Jerseys pathetic pp to cash in on the chances they will get. Also Brodeur off a major stinker last game, gotta anticipate a nice bounce back for one of the best of all time.
