i know its early but im thinkin about jumping on one right now.
steelers-9 at oakland. oakland may have beat a dejected team going thru a tough stretch with coaches getting fired and what not. but they wont beat the steelers. steelers should win this game by double digits every time they play in any venue. i've gotta beleive an angry steeelers squad off a tough loss will come into oakland and beat up on poor old art shell's mess of a team. what yall think about this? im tihnkin we got a banger here

-9 for steelers, were do I sign up. Men I am so teasing that one or buying points here. I think to be safe I will probably buy 2.5 points in case. There is no way steelers are losing that one or they can kiss playoff good bye.

yea nader, i'll be teasing this too, waiting to find out big ben's health status b4 laying the points
also looking at these..
FALCONS+4.5 ML+190 at cinci= ATL shocked the hell oout of me with that offensive outburst vs solid pitt defense, i think that momentum will carry over vs a still banged up bengals squad. i like how ATL has at least a shutdown corner to slow down chad, and i think vick and dunn will present a tough challenge to falcons banged up linebackers. cinci eeked it out vs carolina but panthers are always real shaky on the road. ATL has a good shot at the outright here
PACKERS-3(-120) vs cardinals= might put this one in very soon, as betcris still has -3 at a decent price. cards are a mess right now and denny green knows he's a dead duck . leinart had tough go of it in black hole, and in cold green bay will most likely struggle as well. old man favre is having a decent year and should be able to lead enough scoring drives to win comfortably vs a below avg cardinals defense. also, doesnt hurt that arizona is undergoing coaching changes and are dejected right now. they got beat handily by the dreadful raiders, they should lose again on the road here. leinart in the cold weather should be in for another tough game.
EAGLES-6 vs jags= tough spot for the jags here, as the injurys burned them last week vs a bad team, now on the road vs an angry eagles team should lose handily again. i think the eagles are better team to begin with, and jags are not playing solid ball at the moment. leftwich was shutdown last week and vs the eagles aggressive defense will have a tough time again i've gotta believe, jags will no doubt have a stronger showing after getting embarrassed by texans, but eagles are coming off two tough last second losses on the road. and this team wen healthy always seems to come together and bounce back. eagles should take out some frustrations on a hurting and struggling jags team. jags will start winning again this year im sure, but not yet on the road in philly. i expecgt the eagles to pull away at some point and win by double digits.
STL +9 ML+330 at SD= rams off the tough loss to seattle i expect a strong showing on the road. and merrimans's suspension is a hit to chargers defense. rams live dog,
and one more..
CHIEFS-5 vs seattle= NO HASSLEBACK AND NO ALEXANDER!!! what, under a td line? am i missing something here??? arrowhead is one of best homefield advantages there is, and with seattles shotty run game and inexperienced qb ,chiefs should win 27-10 at least
holla at me guys, this si the most excited ive been bout the nfl slate this year, money to make here hit me some insight if yall got any , scream at me
will be back later in week with final selections:thumbs: :yeah:

I personally don't think you need to know Ben's health for the Raiders game...Charlie Batch has proven himself if you watched any of the games he played in.

Just my 2 cents here, being a newbie and all. I agree w/Styles. Actually IMO, Steeler record might be better if they would have sat Ben for another week or so in the begining. Batch appears to have a grasp on the offense, better than most backups would. Batch is not a reason to pull the plug on this game, there may be other reasons, I just haven't figured them out yet. So far, I agree with the concensus...Steelers will be pissed...and Couch C. will not let them lay down this week.

Isn't Merriman appealing the suspension, and will be playing Sunday?

johnny ur right i believe he will play sunday, this whole suspension mess will certainly be a distraction for the defense tho. i still like the rams plus the points.
styles and fitter, i agree it shouldnt matter who starts at qb. im still undecided on what im going to put on that game., i may not end up going big cuz i wont take it very well if the raiders cover, i despise that peice of crap team. hiring art shell was a joke of a move and they are the most undisciplined team ever with no signs of it turning around. lol man steelers should take a dump on them

Some thoughts.....
Atlanta/Cincy- I wasn't surprised with how Atlanta was able to score on Pitt (I said last week that without Porter, Crumpler could have a big day), but I keep thinking if Ben was able to pass all over Atlanta, what is Carson gonna do? IMO if the Atlanta defense plays like they did last week, Cincy will blow them out of the water. On the other hand if Atlanta can run they they should, they will have a great shot....gotta control TOP & keep that Bengals offense off the field. Not sure if I trust Vick on the road either...tough call here, but +190 a pretty good price on the moneyline.
Seattle/KC- IMO this one is not such an easy play. Yes, Seattle will be without Hasselbeck & Alexander....but they still have a good group of recievers & a better defense IMO. I think this one may be a very close field position game. The line opened as KC+2.5, then was pulled off....Vegas knew there was a chance Hasselbeck wouldn't start before they put out the line, so IMO the line may have been readjusted because they know the public will jump all over KC. Why isn't the line over a TD if Seattle has so many injuries? KC lost Green & Huard has played well, why can't Seneca?
STL/SD- The Rams & live dog should not be used in the same sentence. They only beat weak teams on the road, & barely at that. They lost to SF, & beat GB & Zona this year- both games were dcided by 3 pts or less. Last year of the 4 road losses, only 1 was decided by fewer than 14 points. That 1 was a 3 pt loss to the 49ers. In the Chargers last 6 home wins, only 1 was under a 10 pt win. Chargers head & shoulders above the Rams IMO, just were in a very bad spot last week....
Just some thought, sorry if I rambled LoL. GL this week Beholdah :yeah:

u dog really appreciate ur thoughts, i hadnt made a play on any of those yet, i have been impressed with this rams team but ur right, they are not strong play here, also falcons im going to take a stab at that ML for sure. and kc ive gotta believe will cover that, but im goona tread lightly, cuz under a td is type shady now that i think about it, so......
my official plays so far
$120/$100 GB-3 vs cardinals
$110/ $100 EAGLES-7 vs jaguars
$60/ $50 6 pt tease
KC(pk) vs seattle
PANTHERS+1 vs cowbitches
$25/ $46= falcons ML is john abraham the most fragile play ever?!?!
$55/$50 PANTHERS-5 vs cowbitches= i think romo in tough spot here vs that panthers d line
