43-31-1 NCAA YTD

2-0 Last night lets keep it rolling tonight.....

Some trends for tonights game......

West Virginia is 15-2 ATS off a blowout win by 21 points or more over a confrence rival........Last Week West Virginia 41 Syracuse 17

West Virginia is 7-1 ATS in its last 8 games on the road.......

This game is a tuneup for the Louisville showdown so you can bet that the West Virginia offense will be firing on all pistons tonight in a nationally televised game......These are the games that all the voters get to see......The Huskies run defense is well they don't have one......Only one team has held West Virginia to under 40 points and some can say they just had an off night, the Huskies have a sideline that will have more starters on cruches then in uniform........If the weather is bad tonight well then a WV player might set a new rushing record either way this game will not even be close.........West Virginia by 45 or more......

Vegas to get fucked for once.......2 of the 3 games last night the public was right on.....The Cm game and Virginia game were as expected both teams covered as well they should have........Vegas goes into the weekend 1-3..........

And last week the coach had to have money on that Syracuse game who kicks a field goal with 2 minutes left down by three TD's someone got a fatter pocket after that game......

WV 52 Uconn 13

Preston...with you all the way. Was getting ready to post just about the same info....thanks for saving me the time. There is wind (as Cuse referred to) along the east coast tonite, with a weather front moving thru. UConn has allowed the likes of S. Fla (38), Navy (41) and Wake (24) to run up points. Not that these are bad teams, I just do not think they are in the caliber of WVU. U R right, the voters will be watching this game. IMO, UConn will not be able to run on WVU. The only question I have is the O/U. I am not sure if WVU will rest if they get up big in the 2nd half. They have a pretty serious schedule coming up, and are they willing to take a chance on some lame injury w/the schedule being what it is in the next couple weeks? I especially like the 1st half line @ -13 to -13.5.

Just wanted to make a point about the voters watching....

WVU is never going to be ranked higher than Ohio St, Michigan or Southern Cal, unless all 3 of those teams lose.

Doesn't matter if they beat teams like Connecticut by 80, it's just not gong to happen.

Why? Because UM and OSU are head and shoulders above WVU talent wise, and would certainly defeat, and probably destroy WVU on a level playing field.

No offense to WVU fans, but I like to think in reality, and I don't see any way they could hold the jock of UM or OSU. Both of those teams would pretty much stuff the WVU running game like a Thanksgiving turkey, and score on their questionable defense pretty much at will.

I'm not sure about Southern Cal, as I'm not too high on them this year, but they'd probably beat em too....along with Florida, Auburn, Texas, Louisville, Clemson, Cal, Tennessee, and just about every other team ranked in the top 10 or just outside of it with a few exceptions, but as far as passing UM or OSU, there's no way beating Uconn by 70 points is going to do that for em.

Never said it would but like you say if one of those teams lose and well WV has a mediocre performance against a team they should dominate from start to finish then maybe they dont get above a 1 loss team......

I suppose you have a point there with them trying to pass 1 loss teams if they do go undefeated, but that's not how I was looking at it, and either OSU or UM IS guaranteed to have 1 loss since they play each other, although I think it's bullshit for #2 to lose to #1 (or #1 to lose to #2) and then fall back to #5 or whatever just because there's teams who are undefeated that still aren't as good as the team with 1 loss.

Anyway, I guess I really didn't say things correctly to make my point all that clear, after reading back over my post again.

What I meant to say is that I don't think WVU is realistically even the #4 team to begin with, and I don't see them even going undefeated in the first place.

@ Louisville and @ Pittsburgh....I think one of those games is going to get em, if not both. I'd even like South Fla's chances if that game was @ South Fla.
