strange lines appearing

1st time posting here...been "lurking" for 2-3 yrs. Great info available on these posts. All have been helpful in making my decisions. There are strange lines in capping today. This weekend seems especially strange.
Examples:
ND @ 68% public-lost 1/2 pt. on line.
BYU@ 82% - no change in line.
Baylor @ 75%- no change.
Mich @ 76%- no change
U of Miami @ 90%- lost 1/2 pt.
Texas @ 83%- lost 1/2 pt.
Toledo @ 71%- lost 2 pts.
Nevada @ 64%- lost 1 pt.
Oregon ST @ 77%- lost 1/2 pt.
Tenn @ 67%- no change
Mizzu @ 58%- lost 2 pts.
AF @ 72 %- lost 1/2 pt.
Oregon @ 93%- lost 1/2 pt.
N. Tex. St @ 69%- lost 1 pt.
Congrats to OVEN MITT...BEEN REALLY HOT!! Have tailed lately and do like the Wisc. pick.
Any comments on above info would be appreciated. Thanks to all for the great posts...hope to start posting more in future.

vegas will usually start shifting lines at around 80% of the public or higher...

then things usually start to taper out and level...

they'll add more points if there is still a great amount of movement...

which why 2nite's game has me freaked out
