Am I The Only One Taking Uconn Tonight?

I usually go mostly on percentages, then I build a pick from there.

West VA -22.5 eh? Seems very plausable, but sounds pretty easy for a road favorite. Uconn is not that bad of a team like North Carolina was.

I also don't see the public winning 2 nights in a row. got 74% West VA right now ax expected, very popular public team.

The only West VA game I've actually had a chance to watch was the East Carolina one where the only won by 10 as a 17.5 pt. favorite.

Well I'm checking boards out and everyone is taking West VA here. Have no choice but to take Uconn in this one.

The schedule I know isn't great and our "D" could use some
help. Plus the spead is rather large. Had it not been for the goal at the end I would have won the 25 spread last week. I have a hard time going against my own. :)
I think we'll win this one, just not sure of the spread.
Now Louisville... we might have a tough time. Nice, very nice game last year.

thanks guys. I know the line is gonna keep climbing til right before the game, but I've got work in about 15 mins.

I guess I'll have to take the line as it is now. So far I think only one time I've been dicked over this year by taking an early loser line.

uconn is down to 4th string in some positions...

cody brown, the leading tackler and sack leader is out with a broken arm...

the number 2 receiver is out with a broken ankle...

allan barnes (safety) is out with a hamstring injury..

ward (end) and gaulden (receiver) may be lost for the entire year...

the only thing that scares me with taking WV is that they're giving 24 on some books and even though they should cover that easily, its friday night with the public being 90% on them...

that scares me...

I like UConn tonight WV is very overrated they cant stop the pass and all they can do on offense is run the pass game is a joke. Also with Lou on deck I dont think they will be up for this game. but I think the Over is a stronger play here. I have the game at 31-28 WV wins with a late FG:gulp:

Wow you think its gonna be that close of game. Uconn has alot of injuries and cant stop the run but what do I know but i agree with you on the over Gl with your picks.:thumbs:

I just dont think WV will play a good game, as far injuries the lines are made with them in mind. the books are not stupid they know before we know.

Hey guys. I am a UCONN grad and I will be at the game tonight. As much as I hate to say it, I don't know how UCONN stays within 30.

I went to the UCONN/Army game last week and Army played as well, if not better, than UCONN. UCONN had a 98 yd TD run and a punt return. So that accounted for 14 of their 21 points.

Also, the weather could be a factor. It is supposed to be rainy with 40+ mph gusts. That shouldnt have a huge effect on WVU's ground game but it will really mess with UCONN's pass game.

Basically I think UCONN will get destroyed. That being said, Go Huskies!!!
