Best Dawg: Rutgers +1 1/2
2 weeks to prepare for Navy makes me think they get this one done. Rutgers is extremely stiff on the ground, though they have not faced an attack like this, which is why the 2 weeks is important. Many are shying away from Rutgers after the S. Fla game, and I tailed a lot of people on this board in that one. However, they were a bad personal foul call, and a bad pass inter call on the last drive away from winning that ats.

Minny is always a player at home in the Big 10, so dont let the closeness of the last 2 scores fool ya. They are not a strong road team and if youre giving up 28 to PSU and 280 to Morelli through the air, I question your def. Wisconsin has dominated Minnesota at home over the years, and there should be no let down as it is a rivalry game. Wisky has scored 34 or more in the last 6 contests against Minny, and I think the over should be in play here also
