1:00 pm Seattle at St. Louis ................ Seattle -3, ........... depends on Alexander, he has not gone off on anyone yet for 2-3 TD's

1:00 pm Tennessee at Washington .................... skins -10 ............. consider it for a tease down, they will blow them up, skins offense can explode but can also go dormant, this weekend they go wild, IMO , take the over 39 also ................. Skins win 31 - 13

1:00 pm Buffalo at Detroit ............. PICK no line, even ............ go with detroit, Bills lost 2 defensive starters to injury including NT/DT and a DB but i think Lions lost a top WR, research it more

1:00 pm Cincinnati at Tampa Bay ....................... maybe BUCS +6 again, they will win, at some point, i gotta doubt they get wrecked and go 0-5

1:00 pm Carolina at Baltimore ............... RAV -2.4 and under 33 ............ UNDER is better, 2 solid defenses and 2 offenses that struggle to score

1:00 pm Philadelphia at New Orleans .................. Eagles let down after TO beat down ? ........... maybe, maybe not, SAINTS can't keep wiining under new HC but eagles ruun game is vacant without Westbrook, injury issue, wait .................. saints lost safety harper for the year today

1:00 pm Houston at Dallas ................... Dallas -13 ............. they SHOULD destroy Houston, if TO and DREW are ever going to put up huge #'s it will be here

1:00 pm NY Giants at Atlanta ....................... NYG +3 ................. thats my thinking right now .......... their defense woke up vs SKINS, finally, and FALCS can be run on with Tiki and company

4:15 pm Miami at NY Jets ................. Miami on the DOG ML ......... forget the +3, take the dog ML that is likely to be +150 ........... NIK vs the world right here ........... Miami can start to save their season or pour drano on top of it

4:15 pm San Diego at San Francisco ................ SD -10, no more Marty ball ......... RIVERS is slowly taking over this team and branding it with his personality .............. LT and GATES both explode

4:15 pm Kansas City at Pittsburgh ............... Pit -7 .............. grab it at -7 or teased before they sit LJ (neck injury) and vegas blocks all further bets ............. Pit needs to show they aint dead

8:15 pm Oakland at Denver ................... Denver -15 ............ ZERO chance for let down vs hated Raiders and Al Davis (shanny was run out of Raider Nation) ............. that D does not allow TD's and the raider D can be run on all day by the BELL brothers

Monday October 16, 2006

8:30 pm Chicago at Arizona ....................... Bears -10 ................. Leinart finds out that the NFL has defenses .......... Larry Fitz is OUT

I got no money down yet, this is all preliminary and subject 2 change

here is what i call my "stop the bleeding" teaser this weekend in NFL

6 point teaser

take 6 off the steelers (-1) , skins (-4) , and 6 off Dallas (-7)

all 3 lost last week and did not cover, all 3 are suppose to be contenders, all 3 step up this weekend. All 3 are at HOME

Can't miss ?

try it on .............. see if it fits

get the steelers at -6

buy a point

lay like -135

I played with and coached players who got a scary injury like LJ did, it typically affect them for at least a week, yes he is a grown MAN and a PRO but what i am saying is that a scary incident like that is hard to shake off both physically and mentally, maybe he can do it, for his talent and money he should be able to.

When i played in college i had the displeasure of being wrecked on a ST play, never saw the guy, thought i was about to make the big tackle and next thing i know i am FLYING and landing on my head, my neck hurt like hell, didn't go back in, took 2 weeks to get cleared and after that i still felt "off". But thats just what i seen and experienced. Likely has no application in the NFL, LJ is a PRO and as a pro he should shake it off, also he is clearly in shape and i was not.

factor that + Damon Huard vs PITT defense in PITT and PS are looking like crap and all they hear is they are crap, I like PS by 10 - 17 in this game, big statement game for Steelers .................. we aint dead yet .............. thats the message they will send with what i think will be a one sided affair.

Chiefs | Green OUT for Week 6 Mon, 9 Oct 2006 15:12:40 -0700

Adam Teicher, of the Kansas City Star, reports Kansas City Chiefs QB Trent Green (concussion) will not play in the team's Week 6 game.

Chiefs | Huard among league leaders in passer rating Tue, 10 Oct 2006 06:18:40 -0700

The Kansas City Star reports Kansas City Chiefs QB Damon Huard is second in the National Football League with a 107.4 passer rating.

talk about a QB rating being applied to a guy who is not worthy of it, PITT will knock about 30 points off that, I "know" Damon Huard from his days in Miami and me being a Fins fan, I will put on my fortune teller cap and say that DH will wilt this weekend and LJ will not dominate. Buy some insurance on PITT at -6 instead of the -7, 7.5 or 8. I am on them at -6 already. The line will be above 7, likely 8 by sunday morning

Chiefs | L. Johnson expected to play Week 6 Mon, 9 Oct 2006 15:07:04 -0700

Adam Teicher, of the Kansas City Star, reports Kansas City Chiefs RB Larry Johnson (neck) will likely play Week 6.

Chiefs | L. Johnson injury update Mon, 9 Oct 2006 05:46:14 -0700

Updating previous reports, Adam Teicher, of the Kansas City Star, reports Kansas City Chiefs RB Larry Johnson (neck) suffered a neck strain after his face mask was yanked during Week 5.

IMO ---- if PITT can't manhandle this KC team then PITT is truely unworthy of last years title. If they have half the spirit i think they have then they win by 7+ right here. It should be by 10+ ............ but i will buy it down to -6 because i am fearful of an LJ outbreak and/or Steelers inept offense

IMO i think the steelers are due for a big game. They have been playing tough playoffs caliber teams, and the defense has been keeping them in the game even though the O has been playing terrible. Kc isn't recognized for their defense at all, they only have good O. W/ LJ hurt, the steelers defense will dominate. Big breakout game for the stillerz, i'm from the burgh, and everyone around is just waiting for them to turn things around. they have the talent, they have the D, they just need big ben to quit pressing. If even he plays mediocre, they win this game big
