I have to say, I wish I took UNDER 9 for the game...But that first 5 looked good..Both pitchers have been hot, I expected a very low scoring game early with the bullpens giving up some runs...It was opposite tonight...

Oh well, my series bet for the Cards looks good...

Like NYM tomorrow night though off Carpenter, probably....

After thinking about it, I have no idea who is going to win this game, but I do think there is going to be some runs scored in this one...I will stick to my Cards series bet for tonight and root for them to win a 10-8 game...

I am a cards fan so I was a little hurt reading this thread. I agree that the cards left a TON of runs on the field last night, Saying they are done is a little drastic.

Every game has gone against the norm and crap pitchers are pitching over their head and good ones are just holding their own.

Oliver Perez is just NOT a very good pitcher. Put him in there with game 7 pressure and I see a trembling kid out there. Suppan has more composure and should be able to hold his own (I hope!) under the immense pressure in Shea.

I see LOTS of runs being scored tonight and the lead changing hands often. I surely hope I have enough beer to last the whole game!! This one will be a fantastic one to watch. Enjoy.

I agree, as a long time Pirate fan I have to say that Oliver Perez is as weak as they come mentally. If the Mets are gonna win this one, it's gonna be about 9-8.

That OVER may look too easy to take for me tonight..I lean towards it, but I just like the Mets and their lineup...

Perez may not be very good but it's not like Suppan is a stud himself...Ill take the Mets lineup anyday of the week over the Cards..

Rolen and Edmonds just seem like sure outs right now...
