i usually dont jump on college football early as much as nfl but i loved these two at first glance and then even more once i got done capping.
South Florida @ N. Carolina
south florida gets back three players from suspension for violating team rules including, wr and leading punt returner in the big east last year, jackie chambers.(Ean randolf is avg. 19.4 ypr this year though) this is their last game non-conference and need a win to be bowl elegible. (@louisville, pitt, @wvu, @cincin, and syracuse left). red shirt freshman matt grothe is a name to keep your eye on. has 7 passing tds and 8 rushing tds on the year already. he leads the team in rushing (422) and of course passing.
USF is a GREAT second half team outscoring their opponents 102-39 after halftime. lost both games by a combined 8pts.
as for UNC their lone win came against 1-aa furman 45-42. they are 0-4 ats. they did play tough opponents though so far this year (combined record of 17-3). they are lucky if they win two games this year may beat either virginia or duke.
Matt Grothe is more confident and he is playing like it. the double threat will be too much for the UNC defense to handle.

ASU @ USC
too many points. ASU coming off a bye week and giving some of their players time to heel up and get things right on the defensive side of the ball.

michigan @ PSU
i love my blue and white but happy valley wont be happy after this one. tough place to play and revenge factor is in place but this PSU team is still at least a year away. Morelli still getting used to the speed of the game and that showed when they had to rely on his arm against OSU. deciding factor for me is the poor redzone offense of PSU. time after time they drive down the field get into the redzone and have to settle for a fg attempt and i mean attempt. they have fast young recievers but they are not redzone recievers. PSU just hands off to Hunt and then tries to throw on third down and it just doesnt work. Hunt is banged up and he will be lucky to finish the game this week. Morelli will throw a couple picks and that is a given against this D.
Manningham is out for Michigan but its nice to have breaston massey and arrington to still choose to throw to.
Michigan -6.5 6units
man that hurts to just type it. i most of mistyped ten times writing that. at least i will have something to cheer about after the game and still be able to agree with everyone on how we suck this year and need morelli to pick it up or pack it up and i can even buy a round.
