My book went from 48 down to 45.5 on the total. and 5.5 to 4.5 on the line.. just letting everyone know.. and the public is on Tulsa and the over too!
I think they are trying to get more people on the over.. I took Tulsa -5 and under 47...
BOL to everyone tonight. hoping to bounce back, the SMiss-UCF game was a disaster for me last week, haha

Public is on those plays (when are they not on the fave and over though, lol)
Neither play is a huge public one though....
63% on Tulsa - the points
54% on the over

To the best of my knowledge, and please anybody correct me if you know otherwise, the % of the pubic bet is what we see .
The amount of actual money bet on each side drives the line. More people can be on one side but if more money is on the other side the line will move to get more money back of the other side.
That's my input. HHH

Yes, percentage has nothing to do with moving a line.
There are many factors that move it, but money is one.
