Southern Miss' D is bend but don't break and they are good at causing turnovers.

Central Florida's Pass D is awful so I can see more of the usual points scored in this game.

The Golden Eagles are 6-2 ATS when favored on the road since 2003.

Southern Miss was the only team to beat Central Florida in conference last season with a 52-31 home victory.

I see a high scoring affair with a late pick being the difference.

The Golden Eagles have won their last 2. Central Florida has lost their last 2.


Prediction: Southern Mississippi 38 Central Florida 27

THURSDAY NIGHT:



<b>TCU -5 1/2</b>

I absolutely love this game. This is not the same scorefest BYU team from the past.

TCU totally shut down Texas Tech at home allowing 3 points to a high powered offense.

The crowd is going to be going crazy. TCU is trying to duplicate the Utah feat from a few years ago and go undefeated into a BCS game.

The D is tight and they will score enough points on O and maybe some on D.

The road is never kind to BYU as they have lost by 3 to a bad Arizona team and by 7 in OT to a mediocre BC team.

I firmly believe this is the best team the Cougars have faced to date.


Prediction: TCU 26 BYU 10
