Monday Nighter...
Steelers -2.5 -110 vs Jaguars
I'll back that great Steeler defence in another prime-time game. Jax could have some jitters playing in a rare Monday Nighter....Cowher and the Steelers have been there many times before, and have had 10 days to prepare. Jax a little banged up.
'berger or no 'berger....Pitt wins by 10.
Week 3 notes...
Wow, is Brunell ever brutal. I can't believe 0-2 Washington opened up as a 5 point road fav....even if it is Houston. I'll be on the TEXANS at home for sure. They've had a bad draw playing Philly and Indy out of the gate. Houston wins outright at home in week 3.
Bears only 3 point favs against Minny? Bears have been the most dominant team in the NFL on BOTH sides of the ball. Minny seems to have a couple of lucky unspectacular wins. POW with the BEARS minus a FG
Next Monday...absolutely LOVE the Falcons at -3. Atlanta has looked awesome beating media darlings Carolina, and division rival Tampa. Vick has been great, and the Atlanta defence has been dominant. I know it is a good "story" for the Saints with their first home game after Katrina, but that doesn't mean shit to me. They are an average team, with a bad defence. They've squeaked out 2 wins against weaklings Houston and GB. FALCONS by 20. I got a unit on it early, and will put more on it after I see some line movement.
GL....and enjoy the game tonight.....and don't choke on any chicken wing bones!
