Royals a dog again? Gimme gimme! Since when does Ted Lilly deserve to be -150 on the road? To me it is simple, the Royals are hot & the Jays are ice cold.....Erlaton not the greatest, but the Jays looked as if they couldn't do anything right yesterday, & KC should be able to get some run support here....imo the over looks pretty strong as well

On Texas although Liriano is a beast, Minny -170+ on the road vs a lefty is a joke. I'm not a believer in "a pitcher is due for a bad outing", but the Texas bats came alive yesterday, so if they hit well today I can see them pulling out the W.

As for the Reds & Cards, Harang is 7-3 last 10 on the road, & imo Smoltz is a tad overvalued. Hopefully Harang can go deep because boy does this pen suck. Fading the rocket as the Cards hit well yesterday, I can see them winning this one....playing the runlines smaller today, as they are all dogs to begin with. I wasn't going to play the Texas runline, but I layed of the royals runline yesterday & I would have had a 3 unit profit had I played it, so until it gets me, I'll be playing the runlines as well. Leaning on the Fish & Snakes as well as the royals/jays over:thumbs:

Thx Hawk, gadfly- I don't like Lilly today gadfly as I've played KC. I really don't see the Jays breaking out of the current slump today vs the hot Royals (funny to type that lol). adding........

Like KC again myself today. Wrong team favored there for sure.

Reminds me of Tampa 2 years ago when they had talented guys, but sucked ass forever, alot for the same reasons as KC....bad bullpen and shabby defense....then just got it together and reeled off like 20 straight wins.

Not that I think KC will win 20 straight, as really not even the best of teams do that, but 14-6 in their last 20 isn't shabby.

Normally when a team is hot as hell on offense, it's gonna take more than Ted Lilly to stop em, LOL. Maybe Halladay get that job done tomorrow tomorrow....but I like KC to stomp on the Jays again today, who may be looking forward to a few days off at this point. All the signs are there. Losing just about every day, non typical poor and sloppy play, lack of offense, and being on a longish road trip.

KC on the other hand is thrilled to be winning, and has got to be feeling great right about now after suffering thru the first 75 games or so. They wanna finish off the last 2 before the break as well as they can I'm sure.

Like the Cards too. Always a ton of value in going against Clemens considering Houston doesn't score for him, lol.

Playing the Reds to have 2 good games in a row however is too much for me to swallow, LOL
