Ok, I decided that Im going to start collecting DVD's of REALLY FUNNY "stand up" comedians and start my own comedy library.

Im having a hard time remembering who the good raunchy ones are though.

Ive got:

Sam Kinison
George Carlin
Eddie Murphy
Richard Pryor

Who am I forgetting? Theres a good handful more but Im drawing blanks!

Any help would be much appreciated!

I'm a big stand-up guy, have a big mpg collection. My favourite is Norm Macdonald. Have some mpgs of his early work, and it's genius.

Also guys I have (in addition to you 4 above) .....Chris Rock, Jim Carrey, Bill Hicks, Steven Wright, Dennis Miller, Robin Williams, Steve Martin, Jerry Seinfeld, Jay Leno, Bill Cosby, Lenny Bruce, Robert Schimmel, Jeff Foxworthy, Andrew Dice Clay, Jeremy Hotz, Artie Lange, Dave Chappelle, Tim Allen, Brent Butt?

And in my opinion, Dane Cook is shit.

Dice Clay is by far my favorite. Like Howie Mandell as well. Larry the cable guy and the other on the blue collar show that smokes the cigar that hates George Strait is also on my list.

Denis Leary

Pablo Francisco, kinda b-list but I LOVE his "movie guy" voice bit, and he does a good ah-nuld swarzenegger (spelling?).

Larry the cable guy is some funny shit. I got the opportunity to see him in person and he is worth every buck of the $36/ticket.

I like nearly everyone that has been listed above....but I can't remember EVER laughing harder than I did when I watched Chris Rock's "Bring The Pain." Absolutely classic. If you haven't seen it, it is worth every last penny of renting it for $4.00 and laughing uncontrollably for an hour.

I also liked No Cure For Cancer....to paraphraze...."I just don't get it....there are things in life I'll just never understand....the boat left and I wasn't on it....I mean, come on people, John Lennon gets four bullets in the chest, Yoko Ono is standing right beside him, and not one fuckin' bullet....I just don't get it.....Stevie Ray Vaughn is dead and we can't get John Bon Jovi on a helicopter....come on, John, there's a hair stylist on board, get in there."

Dave Attell is the funniest act I've ever seen live... Another oft-forgotten current guy.
