Have just gotten into the game over the past 3 or 4 years or so. Follow the English Premiership quite closely, but all these national teams are kind of a blur to me. Anyway, here goes...

Brasil -260 v. Croatia WIN
Will probably go with the defending champs until they lose, as long as the price isn't too crazy, IMO this price isn't crazy.

S. Korea +115 v. Togo WIN
Togo has gotta feel a bit overwhelmed. I think this is their 1st trip to the biggest sporting event in the world. Park Ji-Sung will score and Korea will win. (Can you tell I'm a Man U fan?)

Australia +160 v. Japan WIN ( ...never had a doubt, LOL)
Aussies will surprise some folks in this tourney. They should be bigger favorites by the time kick off rolls around.

Costa Rica +1000 v. Germany LOSS
I know, I know. Taking a chance here that Ballack doesn't play. Even though they are still a far superior team, just a small wager, for some fun.

Italy v. Ghana: Over 2 1/2 +135 LOSS

I see a 2-1 or 3-1 Italia victory.

Did anyone else feel a tad frustrated while watching that USA game? I think Donovan needs to be back in the midfield, where he can get more touches and make things happen. He looks so comfortable handling the ball. With the exception of a few others, the rest of the team looks so timid. Convey's crosses were horrific and who taught that defence how to clear? Is the Czech team that good? or is the US that bad? UGHHHHHH!:mad:
