I currently have 4 units on the Oil at +460 to win the Stanley Cup. Would you hedge this or let it ride?
GO OILERS GO!!!!!!!!!!!

I would hedge just to make sure you make some kind of money off it but 18.4 unit payout would look nice too, haha.
GO OILERS!!!!

Play it as if you have a million dollars on it.
ie, hedge it. Take some profit. I would risk enough for a one or two unit profit if Carolina wins, but that is just me.....

Just curious how much in exact dollar amount did you risk. So U can judge wether it is worth to hedge or not.

I guess I should have hedged. Roloson is out for the series. The Oil are done. :bang:

lmao....it's 85 degrees outside in the middle of June and they are still playing hockey??....i forgot the game was even on, and didn't see what happened. what happened to him? that sucks if he is out...i really feel for you and Oilers fans.....that has to be a huge buzzkill to the players too.......
the season is just too long.....it needs to end in mid-may...it goes for 9 months...longer than any other sport......
anyway, hopefully Ty will stand on his head for you....

Angelus, don't worry, you could still hedge this thing. Just hope the oilers win game 2 and then go for canes to make some money. If game 2 does go accordingly, wait after game 3 or game 4 to see what can happen and based it on that. It is not over until its over. Momentum is a funny thing and confidence is so important and you never know one of these goalies for the oilers might have it in them to play well. I really think for the oilers to win they have to keep it to low scoring games. Just keep blocking shots and do what you do best. Roloson was so effective because they blocked so many shots in front of him, he might 4-5 key saves during the game and that was it.
So keep your head up and cheer them on, don't give up on them!!!!

Thanks man. I just have no faith in Conks or Jussi. I just can't see us winning this now. So disappointing...
But, I'll keep cheering them on and we'll see what happens.

Angelus, before we judge anything on Conklin or Markannan. Let's see game 2. I really feel that the oilers are the better team.
