World Cup Wager Preference

In gambling on the WC, I prefer to stay away from the "who will win the entire cup" type bet. Too many things can happen with this many good teams out there. I do like the Group winner bets though. I look through a lot of the groups, and some of the teams stick out as being better than the rest of the group when everything is taken into account...even if there are a couple good teams in the group.

What are the types of wagers that you all prefer?

I prefer the 3 way bet.... Win, Loss or Draw... Simple for me...

I'm going to do a few props I think. Looking at making two or three top scorers for sure. I really like UNDER for total yellow cards. Maybe a parlay with some group winners but mainly I think I'll stick with individual games.

btw during Euro 2004 there were prop bets for, say "To score more goals: Rooney or Owen," I remember taking Rooney in that particular example but I havent seen those kinds of bets yet. Has anybody?

I will bet the Golden Boot with a couple guys and the odds to win it all aswell with a couple maybe small.

I like the bets on "teams to reach the quarterfinals" that many places have posted. Basically, it's saying the team will win the first second round game. I believe Brazil is 1 to 2 for example.

I'll prbably do all 3 in small unit plays for fun and then individual games too boot (no pun intended).
