Well nobody cares much about european football around here but here's what Ive got:

Liverpool > West Ham -- FA Cup Final

Hearts > Gretna -- Scottish Cup Final

Parlay: Bayern München and Werder Bremen

Well thats typical of my luck. Liverpool and Hearts both win but in ET and Bayern München blows a 3-1 lead at home to ruin the parlay.
