GL Dr.P wouldnt be too sure about that sweep of the rangers. The last thing the rangers want is to be swept. I see them taking game 4 and losing game 5 @NJ. New Jersey has made NYR look worse than a last place AHL team.

I see no reason why the devils can not sweep.I myself am loving this and the players also know that there is a big rivarly.Besides the quotes by renney did not help to much might have added fuel to a well schooled tEAM ..Go devils rangers suck flyers swallow

i just don't see the devils letting up. they're the definition of "professional". the coaching on the rangers must not of been as strong as i professed earlier and often this season. the staff has failed this young team when i counted most. i see the devils coming out with another dominating performance.


i would love to see the devils play ottawa....i think the only way this can happen is in the eastern finals, correct?

I will stay away from predictions but yes the only way they will meet will be in the eastern finals..Ottawa is a great team they will be tough to beaT.This is why I am rooting for Montreal to beat carolina to have Montreal face ottawa.Montreal is another well schooled team this year.Very similar to The devils play the same style .They went 4-4 vs ottawa this year

i grew up an islander fan, but have been alienated by the missed season and getting into betting i've found myself being a fan of good hockey and no particular team. i just want to see entertaining games, and i think the ott/dev series would be great....but i understand your loyalty, i once had such loyalty.

We can always use a few devils fan come on jump on the wagon we need more fans .One thing for sure we both hate the rangers.And to be honest i am thinking with a betting mind when it comes to montreal ottawa you gotta think the lines will be sweet in that series for Montreal..If it happens.The devils on the other hand are going to be like Yankee lines next round if that happens,which i believe will.Will the devs let off tommorrow tobring it home to humilate the rangers on sunday?? Probably not I will look to take the devils -3 goals lol really I see like a 6-1 final.
