HAHAHAHA
Nash's comments on it were hilarious. He was just like , "Yea, I got dunked on, pretty awesome." haha
He is listed as 6'3.. but there is no way, he might be 5'11.
Kobe should have just spread his legs and cleared him totally. lol

LOL Hawk, yeah I saw the Press Conference, that was hilarious.
He was like:
"It was great to get dunked on, it was awesome, I loved it"
Hey atleast he's not bitter about it, LOL

To bad it should of been called a charge.. lol, my opinon may be biased as i had phoenix though. Jeez looking at the stats Kobe only got 29 points, slacker. Although they seem to be a better team when he passes the ball a lil, maybe your lakers will take the series!

IMO..it shoulda been a charge too....but Im bias as well since I had Phoenix. Regardess...it was a sick ass dunk, and the Lakers played a great game.

If you put that in slo-mo, Kobe BARELY touched Nash. Nash raised his arms up and hit Kobe's legs, I don't think Kobe would have even touched him if Nash didn't raise his arms up... and Nash did a hell of a flop job.
And if your the referee and you see that... You are in awe of what Kobe just did, you don't even realize there is a player below him. lol

Lol we got a bunch of bias muthaf*ckaz in this thread.
Me and Hawk like Kobe
vis and Illrunya both had Phoenix.
But seriously, looking at the GIF replay, I really don't think Nash was SET for it to be called a charge, he just did a really GOOD job of rushing over trying to make it seem like it was a charge.
It was a huge play, I can't remmeber how much Lakers were up by the time, but if they called it a charge, take back the 2 points for the dunk, phoenix ball only down by 3 I believe.
Lakers controlled the game, I woulda been so upset if they threw this one away.
Now we go back home for Games 3 and 4, 1-1 instead of 0-2
This is going to be one hell of the series.
By far the best series in the playoffs so far, with the Bulls/Heat coming in second.

nah, i think Kobe should of got MVP, i also feel if the suns don't get it togheter and show in game 3 why they made it to the playoffs the lakers are gonna take the series. And last night I was a very biased muthaf*cka! lol

LOL I think we all are when we have money on the games.
That's why I only drop huge on Lakers moneyline's (when they're underdogs) cuz if I'm rooting for them to win and I think they will win, I just put my money where my mouth is.
Oh well no worries, best of luck to you guys.

Yesterdays play was definitely a charge, the announcers said it, the anaylst say it, when it was in slow-mo he clearly had both feet on the floor outside the restricted area. Kobe was like a good 10-15 away from the basket and ran over poor nash lol.
I really dont like Kobe im a jordan fan but he should have gotten the MVP. Why?? consider this:
Nash gets all the credit while 6 players including marion had career highs in points. Suns are where they are because of the likes of House, Bell, Diaw (most improved player), Marion (All-star) and Barbosa..
Kobe who did he have?? Odom who under achieved ..Kwame is big bust., Smush did well, Mihm, Walton all bums
Put it this way woulld the Suns make the playoffs w/o Nash possibly 7-8 seed at best
Lakers w/o Kobe would be the west coast version of the knicks.. case closed IMO

I had no money on the game, so I'm unbiased about it....and I actually didn't see that play live, but from the Clip on here, the first thing I thought was that it definitely looks like a charge to me, before I even read the replies of the others that also said they though it was....although, it's hard to tell for sure with the small size and choppy movement.

He got the award for Most Valuable Player, not the "Best" player. The theory is Nash makes everyone on the team better. Without him they look lost.

last time i checked nash doesnt shoot for house, diaw, jones, bell etc...
Like i said if you take Kobe out of the Lakers they dont win more than 30 games. Thats how vaulable he is to the Lakers. 90% of the time Kobe needs to score over 30 for the lakers to have a chance. Expections were different as well. Most including myself didnt think Lakers would make playoffs and Kobe did it by himself I'd say that merits Valuable.
