Taking two dogs tonight, as one of them (at least) should win.

Sabres +126 (Flyers)
No way in hell should the Sabres be this much of a dog. Was anyone watching the first two games? Not even close. Sabres have now won 5 of 6 meetings including both games IN Philly this year. I don't care if this game is played in Bobby Clarke's kitchen....this game should be no worse than a pick'em. Great value. Buffalo sweeps Philly.....go ahead, say it out loud....it sounds sooo sweet.

Stars +115 (Avs)
Tough game 2 for Dallas, coming back like that, and then giving up that shorthanded goal at the end. Then Arnott hits the post in OT. Have to believe they'll be hungry tonight. Turco needs to pick up his play. Stars were 2-0 in Denver this year.

And how about them Oilers? :yeah:

Still have that series play pending.....Oilers +448! :thumbs:

LMAO.....not quite as sweet as this...try saying this one out loud....Maple leafs miss the playoffs altogether...

JML- i think there is a lot of bias in your play......PHI isn't going to get swept....the games were close games all season long. I said PHI goes down in 5, but i think your arrogance in you dislike for PHI is going to get you in trouble in this one tonight....GL!

I guess 2 more home dates is a couple extra mil in revenue for the Flyers. LOL. Anyway...This was going to be a transition year for us...everyone knew it. We were expecting to "maybe" squeak into the dance, but not do much. Lots of cap space next year, and then to re-tool. Bobby Clarke brought in superstars and high-priced free-agent defencemen for a major Cup run this year. That's the difference here, FF.

Bias? Nah....it's based on results. Sabres are making the Flyers look like a junior team. Big speed advantage. Big Goaltending advantage.

You might be right however, as I do hate Philly. And Forsberg and Gagne could finally show up, and Esche could rebound....but I really think the way this series has been so one-sided, that the Sabres as a fairly large dog is the play. We'll see! Again....like Det/Edm.....we agree to disagree....no worries. GL, FF!

I don't know about that FF. The Flyers were vastly outplayed in both games. I think it might be your bias that thinks this won't be a sweep. Remember how much you loved Detroit and thought they'd walk all over Edmonton....

So far not really a surprize...

I thought Edmonton would put up a good fight and they are. Dallas I thought would be a coin flip and it kinda is but I didn't expect them to be down 2-0 in the series.

Buffalo I expected them to win but not exactly to blow them out as they are doing now.

GL JMF! I still thinking hard about Dallas! Buffalo / Phili is almost a no play, just hard to judge.

GL with the flyers today. Flyers have burned me but i think flyers win one game either today or tom, so taking a shot at today. Buffalo wins in 5 IMO.. With ya on the stars, hopefully we hit that one.. GL today..

lmao....yeah, OK...the guy who has been calling for PHI to lose in 5 and has been betting nothing but BUF so far is biased towards his PHI....you got me buddy....

and as far as the DET series goes.....my prediction was based on DET showing up for the games...they didn't show up until they were down 3-1 last night and they haven't played hard the whole series (not to take anything away from EDM who has played great).....if these 2 teams played their best, EDM would be lucky to win a game from them.....

and i don't recall asking your opinion on the matter or talking to you.....pretty sure my comment was directed at JML.....

anyway- JML- GL!.....you may very well be right as i said in my thread.....BUF wins this in 5 IMO...just think PHI manages 1 game.....
