Here's what I'm looking at:

Pittsburgh is 5-9 away in Spring, Boston is 5-6 @ home.
(not much of a home advantage)

Pitt has scored 163 runs / Boston 123
&
Pitt has given up 149 runs / Boston 156

That's about all I'm going off of right now. It's tough to find pitching match-ups for Spring.

Any insight yourself?
