Let me mention what a huge roll JAI LEWIS played in that win over Uconn. They gave him the ball and he owned Hilton Armstrong. Did you see how Armstrong was trying to play "D" on Lewis? Instead of staying up high , and using his length, Armstrong tried to get low and play the power game with Lewis. I think Noah and Horford will do a better job against Mason's version of THE BIG BABY/CRAIG SMITH. And I can't see Mason shooting as well as they did against Uconn. I mean they matched Uconn basket for basket. I'm not taking anything away from Mason, but this has to end, and i just think it was their day in the sun against Uconn.

im sorry willie, but i completely disagree.... the uconn big men were making lewis catch the ball like 2 feet inside the 3 point arc. thats good defense.

sorry bro i watched a different game.I saw Lewis own Hilton down low. Skinn and Butler were spotted up outside the arc,and stood there! they would feed Lewis the ball...he would back whatever uconn defender was on him, down under the basket and either score on him or kick it back out to one of the two unguarded Skinn or butler.They both were on fire because the looks were so wide open.Uconn played horrific defense IMO. I never saw anyone contest the three @ the perimeter.U conn just sat back,waited for GM to miss their shots so that they could (try to )outscore them.Uconn deserves to be prescisely where they are.........HOME. Uconn played lazy ball. glad they got beat

That is exactly what i saw too. He owned them. He may of caught the ball far from the basket, but basically the offense went through him.

agreed.... im pondering Mason if i can get em at +10(buying 3 obviously) but they gotta jump to 7.oh and by the way i like LSU as well.The defense for the Bayou Bengals "D" has been hard to drive to the basket on.It will take a great perimeter performance from a not so hot Ucla (IMO) squad to win.

was thinking about hedging and grabbin some UCLA at +2.5.. you know with the slight opportunity to hit that play and still have my FUTURE with LSU to win the tourney..
