OK, my biggest problem this week has been not playing games i like and they are all winning....CBJ and ANA last night....MON the night before...soooo, i am going to play what i feel tonight...juice and everything....lol...
PHI +1 1/2 or +1.........think PHI wins tonight....they know how big a game this is and they are playing very well right now. Don't go back and look at PHI play 3 weeks ago.....worthless stats...they didn't have a full lineup....they do now...different PHI team.....the value is in the ML, but i hate getting toasted in SO's.....just don't see PHI losing by 2 goals tomorrow.....
CAR.....like CAR, but they are coming off a 4 game and 9 of L10 roadie....WAS is a fiesty team and i would love to lay the 1 1/2, but it could be close.....also looking at the over but it is at 7
EDM......gets at least 1 point tomorrow...so i am taking the 1 1/2
BOS/BUF...everything is screaming to play the over...neither team did anything offensively on Friday....bunch of 3-2 games in this series...i may play over 5 1/2 if 5 dimes offers it....i get a feeling we may see some goals....neither BOS goaltender has been good and BUF hasn't been keeping the puck out of their net either....
LAK..........much bigger game for LAK and it is the first game after the coach was fired.....look for a big effort tonight....NAS has played at DET and at ANA already this week...LAK are rested....
SAN/MIN under6.........if Toskala and Fernandez are in net, i think this is a great play......2 of the 3 have gone under this year...
TAM -140................been playing very well at home.....NYR played last night.....
interested to see what everyone thinks....
GL to everyone!

I really like Atlanta -130. The Islanders played tonight and lost to the Penguins. Their season is over. Meanwhile, the Thrashers have been HOT HOT HOT and making a very strong push for the playoffs.
I already jumped on Anaheim -108 because I liked the price. I almost put up 4 units...and maybe I should have because that price is now gone. They've won 5 straight and the Yotes should be simply a bump in the road...
The Preds/Kings game is interesting...the Preds played tonight, but lost. The Kings are rested and have a new coach. I'll probably keep my distance.
The under in Minnesota is interesting. But after getting shutout, the Sharks just might put up a few in this one...
And because I'm a glutton for punishment, I'll be on Edmonton +115. They have to win one of them....right? Lol...fade alert!

Sorry FF, I thought your other post was the Sat. Discussion
I will post it here.

I don't know!
I was really excited about the Ottawa -130 line. Seems that they are 12-1-1 in last 14 I believe. Or something like that. I don't know how to guage Phili right now. I have avoided them for awhile now.
Take a look into it tomorrow.
LOL... I just saw the highlight for one of the NJ goals... LOL!

FF, Carolina has been hot at home all year, however favored more than 400, they are well below 500 this year. They have a way as well as letting the backdoor hit them in the ass. For instance on the road, up 4-0 vs Buff-a-row. They get jobbed at Toronto and all season long they had trouble down the stretch to finish games on the road. Again as a huge home fav and off a stretch road trip run, how will they handle it tonight at the RBC? They have a bit more depth than they had during the Stanley Cup run and Weight and the other added players are doing their best immitation to get it back and win this year. I have a gut feeling though, they are tiring and they are without Cole for a while and the other players have stepped it up a notch in Jay Williams, Stillman, however their goalie play has been eratic and that worries me.
I won't lay 1 1/2 goals tonight to get a better money line number and I won't take a -430 fav. I don't think there will be any problem with 7 goals, however I'd feel better if the total was 6 as I see this as a 4-3 or 5-4 type of slugfest.
The Caniacs are also 8-1 with me at their home games and I'll be there tonight unfortunately as I have season tickets, (free of charge mind you) and I'd rather be watching the Elite 8 tonight, however I'm being dragged along by the ball n chain so I'll have to DVR the hoops..LMAO.
GL tonight ya'll and thanks for setting up a discussion thread!!
For what it's worth, I don't play a lot during NHL, however it's good to pick your spots and dogs usually bite better this time of year down the stretch.
Nail da man!

I agree with Angelus.
The hottest team in the league (Atlanta) only giving up -130 to a weak Islander team that lost to Pit last night?
Seems like a gift.
I jumped on it first thing this morning....I'll be back with leans on the other games later....

I like Atlanta too Johnny...
But they have some difficulties at Long Island.
2-6 in their last 8 and they are 1-3 against LI this year....
And Islanders are 5-0 at home since the Olympic break...
So...i'm not sure at this time if i have to bet on atlanta or if i have to pass....

Hey guys, looks like a good card today from what i see. IMO the ones that really stand out are Buffalo ML and tor/mtl over. I also see lots of people liking Atl, but remember the isles have beaten atl 2 of the last 3 and are 5-0 SU at since break. My lean is towards isles ML, but +1 1/2 seems like a solid play. Ang, just looked at the anaheim game, low number and they have dominated phx, looks good. GLTA, will post in a few, lets cash it in baby!!!

Unlike you guys, nothing is really standing out for me tonight. Maybe the NYR/TB over but none of the over lines are very profitable.

Hey!
I was taking a look at other games today...
Thoughts on Buffalo -120 > Boston
Anaheim -120 > Phx
Anaheim is hot! Phx could careless...
What do you think?

I think those two (Buf and Ana) are pretty safe bets. Although the only Buffalo games I've seen were loses, they are playing pretty well. And Anaheim is just on a huge role.
