Love the Lakers in a must win home situation. Can not see an Orlando team still getting familiar with the new members coming going west and stopping Kobe.

Why is it a must win for lakers?

There are several reasons.

1. Its a home game

2. Lakers are competing for the last west coast spot of the playoffs

3. Kobe doesn't have to deal with a respectable defender.

4. Lakers lost the last game against Boston where they were at least a 8 pt favorite.

5. Orlando is younger....they best player is Howard who is younger than kwame and chris mihm...which means lakers will compete to help kobe even more which should void the intimidation factor.......


As for samford.....

Senior night is always a big deal....the more seniors you have the bigger deal it is.........

But besides that Samford has beaten them twice this year which impacts the confidence factor....

it does help that Samford is 5-1 ATS in the last 6 matchups against this team...... And can anyone tell me the last time Samford lost at home against Tenn. State? If so....you will see that its a rather solid teaser.
