After a horrific weekend(not betting, just in general) I can't wait to make some picks and get something going again here. 8-0 in my last 8 picks so probably fade me here but this is what I like:
Cuse at whatever the line gets to before game time
The public is ALL OVER this game. I checked one site and 81% of the money is on WVU here meaning go the other way at all costs. Syracuse has covered 4 of the last 5 in this series winning 9 out of 10 straight up. WVU is on its 5th game in 12 days and is running slim on the bench with only a 6 man rotation. Fatigue will take its toll on WVU and they will likely sit in a zone for a decent portion of this game, meaning McNamera will have his go at them from behind the arc. Tired legs don't shoot well from behind the arc and that's what WVU relies on. Take the Cuse at whatever you can get them at.

San Diego -4.5
SD won by 8 at St. Mary's a few weeks ago and this one is at SD where their O scores nearly 10 more points than their season average overall. They shoot 40.6% from behind the arc at home and are simply the better team here. 5-2 ATS in their last 7 against St. Mary's and will be on 5 more days rest than the Gaels. Coming off a big loss to San Fran they will be eager to get back at it and prove that game was just a fluke.

I love WVU, but I do like your reasoning. Good luck!

Thanks guys, and one last play:
Nevada -8.5 1H and Nevada -15 game
Nevada absolutely demolished Idaho when they came to town and nothing will change here. A tourney team against a team with 4 wins spells disaster. Fazekas will have nobody that will be able to combat him down low and Idaho will wish the game was over before the half. The #34 road O(Nevada) against the #156 home D(Idaho). This game never got closer than a 10 point margin the last time the played.

Nitt- GL!.......UNR has been my squad all year, but i am staying far far away from them today. This is a horrible spot for them coming off of 2 huge home games last week and a string in general of really important games (Akron, 2 vs. LaTech and a tough NMSU squad). They are due for a let down, and no doubt they win the game. But this may be one where they just do enough to get by. Hope it cashes for you.....line got pounded from 17 down to 14 1/2 in some places..not sure if that is sharp or public money...

Nittany - WVU plays a 1-3-1 zone not the standard 2-3 that most teams play so McNamara will not get the open looks he's acustomed to from the top of the key. The wing players get the open looks from the corner against a 1-3-1 so you are banking on Nichols, Devendorf, and company to hit shots, not so much GMac.
Only way GMac gets open looks is if Devendorf runs the point or Josh Wright comes in off the bench to run the show. Should be a good game, but I think the 1-3-1 will gives Cuse fits and Boeheim said Cuse might come out of their 2-3 zone ALOT more than regular (even talk to playing man to man all game) because of the deadly shooters from WVU (i.e. Gansey, Pittsnoggle and Belein).
