1st H MD 26 NC St 25 = 51 pts

Doubtful that both teams will produce 77 pts in the 2nd. Defense has been tight. Teams will be careful and slow with the execution.

Lost both combos yesterday for a -6 Unit Loss.

Geez.... that was too close. I sweated it out as the 3's started raining down in the last 2 minutes.

Fortunately, the tempo an nature of the game prevailed and the 2nd H total fell short of the 77.

The same scenario occurred earlier today with Kansas being down 3 at the half & total combined score was only 55. 2nd H line was Kansas -3 and total points 71. I was too nervous to pull the trigger on Kansas -3, but the 71 was looking good, but I laid off as well. The final score totalled 117, 9 pts below the line.

It also existed yesterday with the Hofstra, Notre Dame & Arizona games. Sadly, I was away from the computer and couldn't make any plays. All teams were down at the half, but came back in the 2nd to cover the small spread. Hofstra winning and ND easily covering the +2 after being down by 6 at the break. AZ was down by 16 at the half and ended up losing by 11, but were given a few points on top of the 16, making it an easy cover.

I'll continue to explore 2nd H opportunities. Seems like the personality of each game is more evident after a Half is in the books. It makes it even easier this late in the season when teams, especially the better ones, are down at the Half and are sure to make a decent push in the 2nd.
