Well, many books have been written on handicapping horses so that might be a good way for a novice to learn how to play the races. I've checked out a lot from the library over the years.

Brisnet.com sells the best programs in my opinion (I like the $2 Quick Play past performances) or if you want to bet harness races then trackmaster.com sells programs for that.

I dont know a ton about horse betting but over time our writer will add goodies to that section that will be one big handicapping tool.

Sorry I couldnt answer your question better than that.

Theres only so many hours in the day so I kinda stick to the big sports and leave the others to the people that actually know what their talking about ;)
