2 picks for tonight:

Fairfield vs. Loyola Maryland (-6) - 3 Units

Central Michigan (+11) vs. Ball State - 2 Units

Solid night last night, Zags shoot 70% in first half and smoke the under. Bad call on that game all the way though. Feel pretty good about these two.

YTD: 4-1 +7 Units

I work with an alum from there so I have been looking at their results. They were a terrible team last year, but the coach they have was one of Gary Williams' assistants, and he took along a couple of players Hence the turn around this year. Have no idea about the spread but they seem to be a turnaround team this year. GL.

One of those Maryland guys was only eligible in the second semester...don't know much about him other than he is 6'10" but that oughta help in a league like the one they are in... I hope they don't lay an egg tonight. They beat Fairfield by 5 at Fairfield earlier in the year...

Coach Patsos took Andre Collins, a 6'0'' backup point guard for the Terps, and Hassan Fofana, a 6'10'' mountain of a man, with him. Collins leads the nation in 3 pointers made and attempted and is 3rd in the nation in scoring at around 27ppg. He has effectively DOMINATED the league, and unless Iona wins the conference and they decide to give the MAAC MVP to Steve Burtt Jr, Collins is hands down the league MVP. The turnaround is because of him, and Patsos has gotten some local talent to go there aswell.
