Ok, new week means new life. Gonna scale it back some as the early success had me playing some things I probabaly should not have been.
NCAA HOOPS YTD:
15-15-2 (0.5 UNIT PLAYS.... -1.5 units)
59-44-3 (1 UNIT PLAYS.... +10.6 units)
Done with Teasers (-5 units)
1 UNIT
Connecticut -2. I've said all year that I don't think Syracuse will beat a good team this season, so here's their chance to prove me wrong. UConn is WAY too big on the boards for Cuse in this game and Rashad Anderson is a zone buster extraordinare.
Also looking at St. Marys, Kansas, and Murray State.
GL EVERYONE!!!

Why is Kansas at Missouri on at 7pm, and Connecticut at Syracuse on at 9pm? That's the most backwardass thing I've seen in a long time.
Not a big deal, just something I caught just now and find strikingly odd.
Def strange Cuse10. I for one is totally happy! I swear...evertime the Tigers are on ESPN it seems the Big 10 game goes to triple OT and I catch the tigers about half time. FINALLY we are on first...but that makes for a LATE Big East game doesn't it?
As for Syracuse...didn't they beat Cincinatti?

Yes, they did beat Cincinnati? What's the big deal about that?
Well...Cincinatti was ranked in the top 25 and it was a road game for Syracuse. I would call that a pretty big win...beating a ranked team on the road.

UC is in a freefall and their best perimeter player is out for the year, Armein Kirkland.
While I love Cuse winning on the road, I don't see that win as anything special. UC isn't even a tourney team IMO so my exuberance is tempered as such.
Tonight is the big test IMO.

Cuse is an embarrassment tonite. My theory holds true thus far... "they won't beat a good team all year IMO".
UConn would have spanked just about anyone tonite.

Could be the best team in the country. They got it all: depth, shooters, length, and great point guard play. You gotta shoot lights out and play great defense to beat them.
Up 14 with 10:35 to play
Syracuse making a mini run
HOLD ON UCONN , HOLD ON

Willi, they are just a little apathetic for a stretch here. That happens when you're up 20+ on the other teams homecourt.
