Been kinda stale this week... 6-5, 0-1 yesterday running rough early but good late. Here's the early stuff (before 3pm as I will be fixated on the GMEN!!!)

NCAA HOOPS YTD:
10-9-0 (0.5 unit plays)
39-21-1 (1 unit plays)

1 UNIT PLAYS

St. Joseph's -3.5. Not a huge fan of Temple outside of the Liacarus Center. Love St Joe's hardnosed defense and Stachitas versus the Temple zone.

West Virgina +11.5. The line is begging, and I'm biting. Nova is off a huge win over Louisville, is about to move to the #2 spot in the rankings, and while I don't think they will lose, this line is too high IMO.

Michigan St. +3.5. Izzo and MSU should be angry after a lackluster showing at Illinois. Looking for them to get Wisky running and play their tempo.

Southern Illinois -4.5. Home cooking the MVC is always a plus. This Bradley squad is playing well, but the Salukis are still a force.

Wichita State -2.5. The Shockers are talanted, the Redbrids are, well, at home. Wichita St should win this game as they have far more talent here facing the team picked to finish last in the MVC.

Tennessee +4.5. I like the coach better, and I like the team better so I'm taking the points.

Loyola (MD) -1. Ditto. Patsos has Loyola on the upswing.

0.5 UNIT PLAYS

South Florida +18. I love my boys, but they don't impress me this year at all. Taking the points.

Creighton -9. I've been on Drake all year, but taking the MVC home cooking theory.

GL EVERYBODY... GO GMEN!!!!!!!!!

5-2, 2-0 thus far 7-2 on the day, coulda shoulda woulda been 8-1 with a break or two in the St Joe's game...

Add 1 UNIT

Boston College -4.5. Toughness and seniority versus youth and inexperience in this one. Craig Smith should dominate the inside and Dudley is a pain in the ass to deal with.

Might post a Duke/Wake play later on... Good luck fellas!!!
