When researching trends where do you guys find your past OVER/UNDER, spreads, results, etc.?

I'm currently researching the NBA but would like to know for all sports.

Any help is appreciated.

you shouldnt be focussed as much on trends as you should be on 'psychological factors' and current stats about players, and how well a team is playing at that current time.

Thanks for the help guys.

I don't really give a lot of weight to trends in my betting decisions.

I just need the information to settle a debate I was having with a friend the other night.

He claims you can make money just betting all NBA games OVER on Friday nights. I went back from last Friday and checked all games from Nov-Dec.

Betting $110 to win $100 he would be down just over $1400.

I was just trying to get the entire season of stats before taking my info back to him.
